Our Statement of Faith

Hosanna Christian Center is a Christ-centered, Spirit-led, non-denominational ministry. Our faith is built on the Word of God and the finished work of Jesus Christ. Below is what we believe and hold as our foundation:

The Trinity

We believe in the one true and living God who exists eternally in three persons:

God the Father – Creator of heaven and earth, loving, sovereign, and holy.
God the Son, Jesus Christ – Fully God and fully man, the Savior of the world who died for our sins, rose again, and reigns forever.
God the Holy Spirit – The Comforter, Teacher, and Empowerer who dwells within believers and guides the Church.

The Word of God

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the foundation for faith, life, and conduct. The Scriptures are living and active, relevant for every generation, and the final authority in all matters of truth.

Salvation

We believe salvation comes only by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.

Humanity is separated from God because of sin.
Jesus Christ, through His death and resurrection, paid the price for our sins.
By confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in His resurrection, anyone can receive forgiveness, new life, and eternal relationship with God.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers worldwide.

The Church is not confined to a building but is a living community of faith.
God calls believers to gather for worship, teaching, fellowship, and prayer.
Each member has a role and spiritual gift to serve the body and glorify God.

Evangelism & Mission

We believe in the Great Commission — that every believer is called to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with the world.

Evangelism is not optional but essential.
We are called to make disciples, not just converts.
Our mission begins in our homes and communities, but it extends to the nations.

Community & Service

We believe that Christianity is lived out in love and service to others.

God calls us to love one another and to care for the poor, the broken, and the marginalized.
We pursue unity in the Spirit and reconciliation in the body of Christ.
Service is both practical (meeting needs) and spiritual (encouraging one another in faith).

The Holy Spirit & Christian Living

We believe in the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in the life of every believer.

The Spirit empowers us to live holy lives, bear spiritual fruit, and walk in righteousness.
We believe in spiritual gifts for today — for the building up of the Church and the advancement of the Kingdom.
The Spirit equips us to live not by our own strength but by God’s power.

The Blessed Hope

We believe in the return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal life with God.

Believers will be with Christ forever.
There will be a final judgment where every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord.
